THE body of a man, aged 40, has been found in Birchwood Forest Park, Warrington.
Police say they were called to the park at around 4.10pm yesterday (Thursday) after a passerby had discovered the body.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and a post mortem examination is to be carried out to establish the cause of death.
A police spokeswoman said: “There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the man’s death and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
