IMPROVEMENT works in Cherry Lane, Lymm will result in temporary driving bans and footway closures from Monday, March 12 for up to six weeks.
There will also be a temporary suspension of the one-way traffic order as it relates to Cherry Lane, from the A56 Booths Hill Road to Elm Tree Road.
However, council chiefs believe the closures will only be necessary for one week, when signs will be in place on site.
An alternative route will be via Booths Hill Road, Church Road and Elm Tree Road.
