Pancakes – and great hospitality

PUPILS from Sir Thomas Boteler CE High School, Warrington were treated to a demonstration of pancake making by a top chef.
The youngsters were put through their paces by Tim Adams, chef at Warrington’s De Vere Village Hotel, as part of the launch of “Great British Hospitality.”
They were given advice about what they could put on their pancakes when they make them at home.
There were also useful tips about careers in the catering industry, healthy eating and preparing food on a large scale.
At the end of the demonstration, the youngsters got a chance to taste the pancakes.
