POLLING takes place today in the Poulton North by-election for a vacancy on Warrington Borough Council caused by the resignation of former Liberal Democrat councillor Sharon Wilson.
Four candidates are seeking election – Colin Oliver (Lib Dem), Ashley Pemberton (Lab), Mark Chapman (Cons) and James Ashington (UKIP).
