Hospital lottery
THE winning numbers for the League of Friends of Warrington Hospital’s weekly Lottery have been confirmed as 1, 4, 9 and 10. There were no jackpot winners, but a consolation prize of £25 was awarded to a member of hospital staff.

PROPOSALS to install telecommunications mast within a seven metre high flagpole on the roof of the Golden Square Car Park, Old Market Place, Warrington have been given the go-ahead by borough planners.

ASDA Stores, in Dewhurst Road, Birchwood, Warrington have won planning consent for two refrigeration units on the existing roof of the store.
Garden fencing
FENCING is to be erected around the butterfly garden at Winwick CE Primary School, Myddleton Lane, Winwick, Warrington, following the granting of planning consent.
Bike ride
CYCLISTS prepared to ride 54-miles in aid of charity are being sought by the Warrington Association for Special Children (WASC). The rides from Liverpool to Chester takes place next month and details are available from 01925 493838.
Stable approved
PLANS for a stable block, with a storage building and fencing around an adjoining paddock at Moss Farm, Moss Lane, off Dam Lane, Glazebrook, has been approved by Warrington planners.
