Charity seeks dare-devils

PEOPLE with a sense of adventure are being sought by a Warrington charity that helps those affected by unhealthy relationships.
The Relationships Centre wants volunteers to help its fundraising by taking part in the Baitlings Dam Zip Slide and Abseil on Sunday June 22.
Marissa Hankinson, centre marketing manager, said: “We provide a valuable service to the community in providing a wide range of support services to people affected by violent, abusive or unhealthy relationships.
“Monies raised will allow us to sustain these services and develop new programmes that will help those affected to go on and live better, healthier, more positive lifestyles.”
She said the event will be “character building” and an exciting way to raise money for the charity.
Anyone interested in taking part should contact the centre on 01925 246910.
