THE body of a missing man from Merseyside was sadly found at Padgate yesterday morning.
It’s understood the body was recovered from a wooded area near Bennett’s Recreation Ground.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: At around 7am on Monday 1 May, Cheshire police were contacted by colleagues a Merseyside Police, who asked officers to search an area in Padgate as part of a search for a missing man.
“The man was sadly located dead in the area.
“His death is not believed to be suspicious and a case file will be prepared for the coroner.”
