Gas cylinder alert as camper van blazes

FIREFIGHTERS from Warrington tackled a blaze involving a camper van containing gas cylinders.
The blaze was in Moorside, Latchford and crews, wearing breathing apparatus, tackled it with two hose reel jets.
Two LPG cylinders were removed from the vehicle by firefighters and two butane gas cylinders which were in the vehicle but not involved in the fire were cooled down with a hose reel jert.
The vehicle battery was isolated to minimise the risk of an explosion.
No-one was reported hurt.
