A 39-year-old Warrington man has appeared in court accused of historic child sex offences.
Andrew Eyre’s lawyer told magistrates that he will be pleading guilty to all 11 charges he faces involving two young girls.
These are nine of indecent assault and two of gross indecency which took place on the Wirral more than 20 years ago when they were aged under 14.
His solicitor Jim Smith told Liverpool Magistrates Court that Eyres, from Burtonwood, was a youth when the offences took place.
District Judge Wendy Lloyd sent the case to the crown court and after confirming with him that he will formally enter guilty pleas she ordered that a pre-sentence report be prepared and remanded him on conditional bail until sentencing on July 10.
