Police step up patrols as vandals target pub from cliff top

POLICE in Lymm have stepped up high visibility patrols following numerous reports of vandals targetting a pub by throwing items off a cliff.

High visibility foot patrols have been taking place around Lymm Tennis Club after multiple reports of youths gaining access through the tennis club to throw items off the cliff face and carrying out criminal damage to the pub below.

High visibility patrols have been continuing around the village centre.
Anyone with information should contact police via 101.
