DETAILS have been revealed of a development of nine luxury homes on a brownfield site at Lymm.

Developers Cube Homes expect to start work on the scheme in Star Lane immediately with the first residents likely to move in by September next year.
They say the homes – seven four-bedroomed houses and two larger five-bedroom houses, will be in tranquil locations, bordered by green fields.

Carefully designed to fit in with the area’s historic charm, the houses will be built with red heritage style bricks and slate style roofs. Each property will b e dual aspect, with generous windows and good levels of daylight.

Cube Homes managing director Christopher Heath said: “We are very pleased to secure planning for this exclusive development of homes in Lymm. It will be wonderful to see this brownfield site being transformed into a community of much needed new family homes in such a beautiful locations.”

The company believe the development – to be known as Hawthorn Grange – will appeal to local buyers s well as attracting house hunters from Manchester looking to live in a country village within a relatively short commute to the city.

How much will it cost the new owners to upgrade them?
