POLICE are investigating after vandals started a fire in Farmleigh Gardens, Warrington, last night.
Firefighters were called to the scene shortly before 7pm and used a water backpack to put out the flames.
They believed the blaze had been started deliberately and informed police.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
In another arson incident firefighters from Warrington were called out to Budworth Avenue, Latchford after wood was set on fire outside a property shortly after midnight.
The fire was started deliberately and police also attended the scene.
