A NEW property firm that “puts people into property” is sourcing investments in Warrington.

InHabit North West, is bringing a new concept in ethical property investment and management to the region – giving investors the opportunity to generate healthy returns while making a real difference to people’s lives.

The firm enables individuals to build their property portfolios without the risk of going it alone. InHabit is helping their investors source properties, sort out funding and finances, and managing the property right through from renovations and refurbishments, all the way to managing the letting process.
Through striking up letting partnerships with charities in the local area, investors can be assured that their properties become real homes to people who really need them.
Headed up by property expert, Daisy Webber as regional sales and lettings manager, InHabit North West is currently sourcing investment opportunities across Warrington and Halton.
Daisy said: “We are changing the property investment landscape. We’re bringing a new, more rewarding property investment model to the area. Investing with InHabit means starting a journey backed up by a wealth of expert support at every step. We can guide you right from sourcing through to letting.
“We offer an end-to-end property management service- meaning investors can be as hand-off as they like. A bonus for many who, post-pandemic, have found themselves with extra cash on their hands but as they return to the office, have increasingly less time. We can keep an investment turning over profits, as well as keeping tenants happy and comfortable.
Not only is InHabit focused on helping investors get on the property ladder, but its main focus lies on creating an inclusive property community- providing safe homes for those who need them most.
“Charities throughout the area are in need of decent homes for people who are
otherwise unable to access them, and that’s where our investors really make a difference.”

  1. David,

This looks suspiciously like a paid for advertisement. Is it? In which case and to meet ASA rules I believe it should have an appropriate note to indicate the fact.
