POLICE have been carrying out high visibility patrols in Lymm following reports of anti-social behaviour involving youths taking drugs in a woodland area and a suspicious male on the Trans Pennine Trail.
A high visibility foot patrol around Lymm Heritage Trail and also The Bongs, following reports of anti-social behaviour and drug use at The Bongs.
There were signs of youths congregating and police will continue to patrol this area.
There was also a high visibility patrol along the Trans Pennine Trail off Star Lane due to reports of a suspicious male.
If anyone sees any suspicious activity please call 101 for non-emergency or 999 in an emergency.
Meanwhyile police are currently updating their lists for Neighbourhood Watch coordinators in the Lymm area.
Email updates regarding crime or current trends whare sent out to coordinators so they can pass to their neighbours in the area especially if they are vulnerable or elderly.
