AS Warrington residents and key workers once again turned out in force to “Clap for Carers” Warrington Hospital has again renewed its appeal to recruit more nurses and support staff.
In the now weekly tradition members of the public and key workers took to their doorsteps to clap, cheer, whistle and sing, showing their support for the NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cheshire Fire & rescue showed their support with an aerial view of a giant NHS heart.
Meanwhile Warrington & Halton Hospitals Foundation Trust took to social media, appealing for more nurses and support staff.
In response to the COVID-19 crisis Warrington Hospital is looking to recruit a range of caring professionals to join their team – see below for details.
