Dreamscape transform Digital Income generation for St Rocco’s

WARRINGTON based digital agency Dreamscape Solutions has completed a 6-month project helping St Rocco’s Hospice to increase annual income by £0.5m.

Setting out an ambitious 5-year plan to boost their income and volunteer base by 25%, St Rocco’s knew that they needed to develop a robust digital strategy to achieve their objectives.

During a competitive tender process, Dreamscape won unanimous support by identifying multiple ways for St Rocco’s to improve reach, revenue and admin performances through a digital transformation process.
Managing Director, Bernard McCabe, said:”Working alongside St Rocco’s management team, we identified various time and cost-saving opportunities for their complex requirements. By reducing third party merchant fees and streamlining everyday admin duties, we have been able to free up valuable resources for the charity.”

Bernard added:”From the outset, our focus has been on delivering a best-in-class digital solution for a truly worthy cause. This project epitomises the operational and commercial performance improvements a digital transformation project can deliver.”

Lara Partridge, Director of Income Generation & Marketing, said:”Not only do we need to deliver outstanding patient care, but our teams are responsible for fundraising, volunteer recruitment, receiving donations and managing our lottery. Dreamscape didn’t shy away from these requirements and have helped transform how we operate as an organisation”.

She added:”Dreamscape has gone on to become a crucial partner for St Rocco’s Hospice. They have helped to shape, implement and maintain a successful digital strategy, which has ultimately led to increased revenues.”

Based over in Thelwall, Warrington, Dreamscape has worked on multiple “digital transformation projects” over the last 36 months that have focused on complex integrations.

Due to the ever-changing technological landscape, the team now offer technical audits as standard to help businesses and organisations assess their current position, completely free of charge.

Meanwhile this Sunday (Dec 8) Bernard will be taking part in a ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ competition to raise money for the hospice.

He will be performing the charleston with a professional dance partner at the Mere in front of over 100 guests and a panel of judges.

Bernard has already raised over £2,500 for the Hospice.
