Editor Gary Skentelbery looks back on 20 years of Warrington Worldwide and four decades of reporting on local news.
Warrington-Worldwide was the first independent online newspaper launched in the UK in April 1999 and was followed by the free community mangazine the following September.
Now twenty years on the publication continues to work with many loyal long-satanding customers, many who featured in issue one.
The magazine is now one of six in the local area, with others based in Lymm, Stockton Heath, Culcheth and Frodsham.
