Marquee signing Blake Austin heads the list of new faces set to make their debut in the televised clash at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
He is joined by Jake Mamo, who scored a hat-trick in the friendly win over Widnes, and Lama Tasi, a winter signing from Salford.
