A NEW York based Christian drama group dropped in at Warrington’s Sir Thomas Boteler CE High School with a hip-hop musical entitled “The Rating Game”
The production by pure Creative Arts addressed issues around self-esteem, self-image, social media and bullying, while also featuring some inspiring dance, drama, singing and rapping.
Pupils from Years 7-10 then had the opportunity to ask the characters questions about their parts in the story.
There is now an opportunity for pupils to be involved in a follow-up mentoring programme, encouraging and supporting young people to know their purpose and worth, confident in who they are.
