WARRINGTON people are being urged to join the campaign to keep the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final on free-to-air television.
HAVING beaten title challengers Northwich the week before Vale were
looking for another scalp to scupper championship hopefuls Lymm, who
knew it would be a battle, fully aware that the hosts had strengthened
their team in a bid to avoid the drop.
LYMM Rugby Union regained their four point cushion at the top of North
1 West with a 21-37 victory at Aspatria while second placed Northwich
lost to Vale of Lune.
