CARS parking with all four wheels on pavements are causing an obstruction in Stockton Heath according to a resident.
Patrick Mullee told Stockton Heath Parish Council that he had been walking around the village and at various spots had to walk on the road - as the pavement was obstructed by vehicles.
Coun Marilyn Timmins said she had also noticed the problem in Sandy Lane and Orchard Street.
Police Community Support Officer Peter Crellin said he would investigate the reports and get in touch with the drivers.
