LYMM Festival have organised a Blues Night as part of their Winter Warmers programme.
The event will be held on Friday March 19 at Lymm Golf Club, Whitbarrow Road with tickets costing £10.00.
Dave Sawyer, who has organised the event, which always sells out in the summer, for several years, is very excited to have been able to book The Smoke House Blues Band, a superbly authentic Chicago style band, fronted by the stunning harp and harmonica playing of Jonny Hewitt.
Also appearing is Tommy Doughty, internationally known slide steel guitar player, and Dave considers it quite a coup to have been able to book him for this event, such is Tommy’s reputation for his brilliant free-style playing and his own great songs.
