WARRINGTON Town FC launched their new club mascot The Legend at Cantilever Park but he could do little to inspire his team who crashed to their fourth consecutive defeat 0-2 to Lancaster City.

WARRINGTON Town FC launched their new club mascot The Legend at Cantilever Park but he could do little to inspire his team who crashed to their fourth consecutive defeat 0-2 to Lancaster City. The Legend made his debut with Miss Warrington Holly Ikin and was also joined by Warrington Disability partnership's mascot Ollie The Owl.
Town started the game brightly, dominating much of the first 20 minutes but failed to convert their chances and then going 1-0 down against the run of play. They did little inspire in the second half as the visitors doubled their lead.
