Chris hopes to top the charts

SUCCESSFUL Warrington singer-songwriter Chris Braide, is hoping to top the charts with his latest album “You Can’t Be Friends With Everyone.”
Chris, 35, from Padgate, has already released his latest creation on iTunes, as well as releasing the video for the first track “I’m not afraid”, on YouTube.
His first album, “Life in a Minor Key,” was released in the USA and saw the video for the title track, “If I hadn’t got you” shot in Times Square, New York.
The musical talents of the former Woolston High School student have been recognised throughout the industry, as he has written songs for artists such as Will Young, S Club 7, Victoria Beckham, Lisa Stansfield and Kylie Minogue.
Chris received an Ivor Novello award in 2003 for the song “Anything is possible”, which was a number one single for Will Young, and in 2005, was named in GQ magazine’s top 40 most influential music men under the age of 40.
Currently, he is working with British group Take That on their new album and soloist David Jordan on his new material.
