We are often asked by Lymm Life to support local businesses. I quite agree, but maybe some of the businesses should support Lymm a little more? Lymm Hotel has posters all over Lymm advertising a wedding festival which took place in the middle of April. The Golden Fleece has sandwich boards (illegal, by the way), blocking half the pavement on a dangerous part of the road. The florist’s shop completely blocks off the bench kindly (and expensively )donated by Lymm Tidy Group, and also blocks off the pavement in front of the shop, forcing pedestrians to walk in the road at times.Could go on more, but I hope my point is taken. Come on businesses, it’s a two way deal, we won’t support you if this is how we are treated.
