Woman rescued from blaze house

A WOMAN was rescued from her smoke-filled home at Warrington after fire broke out early this morning.
The blaze was at a house in Montrose Close, Cinnamon Brow shortly after 7am.
Two fire engines from Warrington Fire Station went to the scene and found the kitchen ablaze. A hose reel jet was brought into use and firefighters wore breathing apparatus.
The woman occupant was led to safety and was unharmed.
A ventilation unit was used to clear smoke from the property. Cause of the fire was a pan of food left on the cooker.
