House fire caused by ‘phone charger’

FIRE broke out at a house in Warrington – caused by a mobile ‘phone charger.
Two fire engines were called to a property in Melrose Avenue only to find the blaze was out by the time they got there.
Crews checked the area to ensure the fire was extinguished and carried out a home safety assessment.
They discovered the cause was a ‘phone charger which had been left on.
