POLICE investigating an indecent exposure in the Cinnamon Brow area of Warrington have arrested and charged a 45-year-old man from Lancashire.
The incdent happened at around 7pm last Thursday (March 5) when a woman was out jogging. As she reached the junction of Enfield Park and Stirrup Close a man who was standing near a bus stop exposed himself and made an attempt to grab her.
An investigation into the offence has led to man a being charged with exposure, committing an offence with the intention of committing a relevant sexual offence and driving a motor vehicle dangerously. He is due to appear at North Cheshire Magistrates on March 25.
