SPECIALIST affordable housing developer Mulbury Homes has completed the first properties of a development of 78 new low cost homes in Warrington.
The homes, on the site of the former George Howard scrap yard, Folly Lane, are being made available for affordable rent.
The £6m development features a mix of two and three bedroom mews style homes, as well as one and two bedroom apartments to meet a variety of housing needs.
Greg Mulligan, a director of Mulbury Homes, said: “This valuable development provides contemporary, sustainable and energy-efficient housing for local families in an area where demand is high.”
Work started on the development in 2013 and is expected to be completed this month.
