Geek Girl comes to town

BESTSELLING teen author Holly Smale is coming to Penketh Library on Wednesday March 4 at 4pm.
She will be reading an excerpt from “All that Glitters” the fourth novel in the hugely popular Geek Girl series and will then take part in a short Q and A session.
Holly will then sign copies of her books, which will be available to buy at the event.
Geek Girl was the Number One bestselling young adult fiction title in the UK in 2013 and was shortlisted for several major awards, winning the teen and young adult category of a national children’s book prize.
Chris Everett, senior LiveWire advisor for libraries said: “Geek Girl is one of the most popular series at the moment for our younger readers in the 11 years and over age range, and we are really excited that Holly will be coming to Penketh library”
