Police recruiting Special Constables

0

CHESHIRE Police are now recruiting for Special Constables, and is holding an awareness seminar to provide more information.
Special Constables wear the same uniform, carry the same equipment and work from the same buildings alongside regular officers, attend the same briefings and get sent to the same calls for service.
Specials go through a thorough training programme to ensure they have the skills needed to do the job such as; leadership, problem solving, crisis management and conflict management. Many of the skills are transferable and useful both in and outside of work.
An awareness seminar will be held between 1pm and 3 pm on Saturday, January 24th at the Constabulary?s? HQ in Winsford.
