Station footpaths to be closed

FOOTPATHS at Birchwood railway station, Warrington, are to be temporarily closed for a period of some 23 weeks from Tuesday, January 27 while essential works are carried out in connection with the construction of a new footbridge and lift.
The closure will involve the footway linking Kingsland Grange to Burnet Close/Sage Close, to the footbridge at the station, linking to Dewhurst Road.
An alternative route will be signposted on the site for the duration of the works.
