Bike thief threatened owner

A BICYCLE thief threatened the owner of the machine when he chased after him early this morning.
The incident was in Church Road, Lymm at 6.30am.
The thief was disturbed in the middle of stealing the bike from a garage but threatened the owner when he attempted to give chase.
Police say the bike was a black matt finish Cube mountain/hybrid “Nature Pro” with a bespoke rack on the back, with a lock around it.
It has disc brakes and he seat is grey with a red trim.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
