WARRINGTON leisure and life-style group LiveWire is encouraging local people to set new goals for the year ahead – to lose weight, stop smoking, become more active or merely to relax and de-stress.
LiveWire has a range of health and wellbeing services on offer across Warrington to help people find a new interest.
A variety of volunteering opportunities are on offer, including mystery shopping, reception helper or a health walk assistant.

They also have plenty of facilities and services on offer, including six fitness suites, more than 150 fitness classes, read to relax sessions, weight loss groups, stop smoking help and 11 libraries.
Keith Maddock, LiveWire’s neighbourhood wellbeing director said: “Our six leisure centres have launched a variety of new classes and fitness programmes for 2015 while our Lifestyles team have added new sessions and venues to our free lose weight and stop smoking drop-in groups.
“LiveWire’s 11 libraries have also been busy and re-launched their online services and e-books with thousands of free books to download providing a great opportunity to try out your Christmas tablets and e-readers!”
