Toddlers enjoy VIP fun at Gulliver's

TODDLERS enjoyed VIP festive fun at Gulliver’s last month thanks to a special midweek package designed to put them first.
Tinsel Toddlers let little legs have free run at each of Gulliver’s theme park locations in Warrington, Matlock Bath and Milton Keynes, while older brothers and sisters were at school during the week.
And it proved to be a hit with pre-schoolers last year in particular, partly thanks to Gulliver’s decision to offer even more for toddlers than before.
In September 2014, Gulliver’s ran a Toddler Plod charity walk at all three of its theme park sites to raise money for children’s hospital entertainment charity Plod.
Around £5,000 was raised in sponsorship at the event, with nursery schools and playgroups bringing along big groups of toddlers to take part in the plod.
Margaret Munford MBE from Pod Children’s Charity said: “We had such an incredible response to last year’s first ever Toddler Plod at Gulliver’s and the children who were kind enough to take part raised a fantastic amount for others.
“Some of the children who took part even wrote to me to say their parents’ workplaces had agreed to match their money raised which is just lovely.
“We can’t wait to work with Gulliver’s on this brilliant event next year.”
Dean Kimberley from Gulliver’s said: “Toddlers have always had plenty of fantastic options here at Gulliver’s but over the past year or so we’ve upped the ante to give them even more choice.
“Our inaugural Toddler Plod was a great day and the money raised is being used very wisely by Margaret and her team of entertainers.
“As always, there’s even more in store for children of all ages this year so stay tuned!”
