Spread the Love this Valentine's day

WARRINGTON residents, visitors and businesses are being invited to spread the love this Valentine’s Day as part of a campaign to promote the town as a visitor destination.
Marketing Cheshire, the official tourist board for Cheshire & Warrington and various community partners are launching #LoveWarrington Day on Saturday February 14 next year.
The event will take place in Golden Square and Warrington Market.
The aim is to not only promote Warrington as a leisure and business destination but also to harness the pride that many people have in their town.
The visitor economy in Warrington is worth over £447 million to the area.
Members of the community are being encouraged and to get involved in promoting their town even further.
Collectively The Love Warrington campaign is urging the Warrington Twitter community to use #LoveWarrington on all their tweets on the February 14 to try
and get it trending in the UK. Although just a small gesture, it is hoped that by promoting the town through the event and via social media channels
the profile of Warrington and its status can be raised as a visitor destination.
