A HOUSING development in Warrington has been chosen to launch a North West festival celebrating “the best of British.”
The festival will be officially launched at Montgomery Green, on Moran Drive, Chapelford tomorrow (Saturday).
David Wilson Homes has teamed up with iconic British brands such as Jaguar, Stella and Dot jewellery and the English Tea Shop to create the festival which will be rolled out across other sites across the North West next year.
Visitors will have the chance to test drive a range of new Jaguar cars, view the latest jewellery collection from the exclusive Stella and Dot brand and sample some of the delectable teas from the English Tea Shop.
Guests will also be able to experience the Best of British afternoon tea created especially for the event by local chefs and receive hands-on styling advice from the Bob & Boe team of stylists who will be showcasing the latest fashions from Ralph Lauren, William Hunt Saville Row and more.
Steve Jackson, sales director at Montgomery Green said: “We’re really proud of our British heritage and so we’ve teamed up with other great British brands to bring together an event for the entire Warrington community.
“The festival will celebrate some of the greatest things to come out of the nation and we’ve chosen Warrington to pilot it.
“We hope that Warrington gets behind the event at Montgomery Green and that it will be the first of many.”
The Best of British Festival will take place from 12 noon until 5pm.
