Winter Wonderland at Orford hub

ORFORD Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub will be turned into a Winter Wonderland this festive season.
LiveWire’s annual Christmas Fayre kicks of the fun on Saturday 22 November and runs from 11am – 4pm, providing the perfect opportunity to purchase personalised gifts and those special stocking fillers to get you set for Christmas. The day will see tombola’s, children’s face painting and over 30 craft, gift and food stalls selling; jewellery, games, toys, clothes and festive treats.
Santa’s little helpers have also been very busy creating a very special Christmas Grotto for Father Christmas who will be visiting on the day to talk to the girls and boys of Warrington about their Christmas wish lists.
Deputy Leader of the Council, Councillor Mike Hannon will be joined by Elsa from Frozen to officially open the fayre, whilst local pupils from Beamont Collegiate Academy will be singing Carols throughout the day to to get you into the Christmas spirit.
On Sunday 14 December, LiveWire will be hosting its first ever Children’s Christmas Fun Day from 12.30pm. Here families can enjoy a two course carvery lunch followed by an afternoon of festive fun, including; a children’s theatre show, party games and much more!
Dianne Clarke, LiveWire’s Area Neighbourhood Wellbeing Manager said: “We can’t wait to officially kick off Christmas at LiveWire with our annual Christmas Fayre, whilst the Children’s Fun Day will be jam packed with entertainment to get the whole family ready and raring to go for Christmas.”
Grotto tickets for the Christmas fayre are £3.50 per child and include a gift. Whilst tickets for the fun day are priced £10.95 for adults, £7.95 for children and £2.95 for infants.
