Teenager attacked and robbed

A TEENAGER was punched, thrown to the ground and robbed of his motor cycle at Warrington.
The 18-year-old was left with injuries to his face after the attack in North Avenue, Longford.
Police today appealed for information about the incident which occurred at about 7pm on Friday (November 7)
The victim was pushing a black motor cycle along North Avenue when he was approached by three men.
One punched him in the face and threw him to the ground. They then took his motor cycle and made off in the direction of Alder Lane.
The attackers were all about 5ft l0 inches tall and of slim build. They were wearing dark clothing and had local accents.
DC Simon Fisher of Warrington CID said: “Fortunately the victim was not seriously injured but he was left shaken by what had happened.
“We are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the incident or who saw anyone acting suspiciously to please get in touch.”
Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 818 of 7 November 2014.
