Charity gets a digital helping hand

A WARRINGTON charity that offers support and guidance to families with young children will be given a helping hand from an award-winning digital agency and Cheshire Connect.
The team at Warrington-based eCommerce experts Space48 has pledged to build a new website for Home-Start Warrington, which will help the charity generate funds so that it can continue to support young families in the area.
Home-Start Warrington and the firm were put in contact through third sector support organisation Cheshire Connect, which matches skills and expertise of businesses from the region with voluntary and community groups in need of professional support.
Founded in 1999, Home-Start Warrington offers a range of support services to families with young children in times of difficulty. Assistance includes visiting a family’s home for a couple of hours every week, tailoring support to the needs of the parents and children.
The new website will improve the speed and ease with which potential volunteers, donors and fundraisers navigate the website, donate online and get in touch with Home-Start Warrington.
