Between 10am-2pm, the borough council’s central neighbourhood team will be joining forces with recycling company Novelis, based on Latchford Locks and ward councillors, PCSOs and local residents to improve the look of the area.
They will also be painting the fencing adjacent to the River Mersey and litter picking the surrounding area.
