WARRINGTON Art Group will be presenting an exhibition at Grappenhall Community Library throughout October.
The display features many local scenes in watercolour, mixed media and pencil, and can be purchased to raise funds for the community library charity.
Secretary of Warrington Art Group, Mike Allen, said: “The art group have always had a strong link with Grappenhall, such a picturesque part of Warrington. What’s becoming a regular exhibition here in the library, is very popular.
“Visitors come from all across the town to view our paintings. During the exhibition an ‘Artist in Residence’, will be in the library during opening time, to chat to visitors.”
The library is open Monday/Tuesday 2-6pm and Thursday/Saturday 10am-1pm. More details on their website www.grappenhall.org.uk or by calling them on 01925 268077
