Rotary Club elects new President

WARRINGTON Rotary Club has elected its new President, Eric Russell.
Eric, 55, lives in Rixton and is Trading Manager at St Rocco’s Hospice. He also manages St Rocco’s lottery and is responsible for their charity shops and on line trading.
Following his election, Eric said: “Warrington Rotary Club plays an important part in supporting the town’s charity sector and as President of the club I am grateful for the opportunity to support it in this role. Many of our activities support those in need and I intend to extend this programme wherever possible for the benefit of the local community.”
Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland has more than 55,000 members in 1,855 clubs.
