Residents warned to be vigilant

RESIDENTS are being warned to be extra vigilant following a spate of burglaries and thefts involving cars in the Latchford, Grappenhall and Stockton Heath areas of Warrington.
Last night (Saturday) a Red Range Rover Evoque was stolen from Hillfoot Crescent, Stockton Heath during a burglary while a Black Mazda 3 was stolen from Secker Avenue, Warrington during another burglary.
On Friday evening various items were stolen from insecure cars parked at Rennie Drive Latchford, Stuart Drive Stockton Heath and Broad Lane, Grappenhall involving four vehicles.
To prevent and deter any further incidents please ensure your car is locked secure when parked and all valuables are kept out of sight.
