Music from the silver screen

A CONCERT dedicated to popular music from the silver screen is to take place at Lymm Golf Club on September 29 and 30.
Stepping Out – a group of talented performers from various parts of North Cheshire – will present an evening of film favourites ranging from James Bond to Titanic, The Graduate to Mamma Mia – something for everyone.
The club will be set out in cabaret style with a full bar available – but seating is limited.
Since forming in 2010, the group has gone from strength to strength, performing concerts and singing at a number of events. Their repertoire extends from church music, through musicals, swing and jazz. They perform several times throughout the year, including charity events, and are available for corporate events, weddings and special celebrations.
The vocal group is supported by the Stepping Out Band.
Later this year they will present Stepping Out in Festive Spirit – their annual Christmas concerts – once again at Lymm Golf Club on December 2-3.
They will appear at Tatton Hall on December 7 before presenting a very special evening at Arley Hall on December 16 in aid of Warrington’s St Rocco’s Hospice.
