Family evacuated as house next door blazes

A FAMILY was evacuated at Warrington when fire broke out in the house next door.
The blaze was in the bathroom of ahouse in Sandhurst Street, Latchford in the early hours of the morning.
Two fire engines from Warrington Fire Station were called to the scene and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the flames. A ventilation unit was used to clear smoke from the property.
The house next door was evacuated as a precaution and firefighters carried out an investigation to make sure the fire had not spread through the loft area.
