A lifelong interest in aviation, engineering and flying has resulted in former Woolston High School and Priestley College student Adam Balme achieving a Class 1 Masters Degree in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering (MEng) from the University of Leeds.
Adam aged 23 from Woolston, Warrington, was presented with his Degree by well known television presenter and Chancellor of the University of Leeds Lord Melvyn Bragg. Adam is also a former Air Cadet from 1330 (Warrington) Squadron where he developed further his interest in aviation.
Following on from his four years of studying Adam has secured the position of Design Engineer at Electroimpact based in Broughton near Chester. Electroimpact specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of automated tooling for the global aerospace industry.
