Café/Centre Co-ordinator vacancy Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden, Warrington, Cheshire.
20 hours per week
Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Salary circa £8 per hour depending on experience
Duties include:
• Opening and closing the garden, glasshouses and outbuildings.
• Warden duties including watering the plants and environmental control in the glasshouses.
• Co-ordinating and supervising café volunteers.
• Co-ordinating home baking volunteers.
• Sourcing supplies to ensure that the café is adequately stocked.
• Serving in the café.
• Cashing up the café takings.
• Maintenance and cleaning of café equipment including coffee machine and dishwasher.
• Ensuring that the kitchen and café area is clean, safe and functional.
• Ensuring that food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Catering qualifications preferable.
