THE award winning Warrington Market welcomes back a selection of the region’s finest producers and crafters to the town centre for its annual town centre Farmers Market on Saturday 30 August.
From 10am – 4pm, there will be a wide selection of specialist items on sale, including cheese, chutneys, cakes, meats, vegetables, artisan breads, hot foods and an amazing selection of handmade items you’ll be lucky to find in any supermarket.
If that wasn’t enough, there’s a packed programme of family entertainment, including fairground rides, a mini petting zoo from the brilliant Stockley Farm, donkey rides and much more.
Cllr Mike Hannon, deputy leader of the council, said: “The town centre markets are always a success and there is always a great turnout. This is a great way of showcasing what is already on offer in the indoor market with lots of fresh local produce on sale all year round.”
