Man charged with conspiracy to steal

A 28-year-old man has been charged with conspiracy to steal vehicles following an investigation into a report of intruders at premises off Athlone Road in Warrington.
Shortly after 11pm on Wednesday, July 16, police were called to the premises and made a search of the area. Upon arrival it appeared that an attempt had been made to steal vehicles.
Kamil Barberowski, 28, from Anfield in Liverpool was located nearby and has since been charged with conspiracy to steal a motor vehicle. He will appear North Cheshire Magistrates on 22 July 2014.
Police investigations also resulted in a 19-year-old local man being arrested a short distance away. He has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
